A light rail commuter train crushes a passenger van in Phoenix Arizona after the van ran a red crossing signal.

Wow, this match wasn't even close. An Arizona driver runs a red rail crossing signal and gets plowed into by an oncoming commuter train. Her van is then dragged... well, I don't need to give you the play-by-play. The entire violent fiasco was caught on the train's onboard surveillance camera!     Watch the video...

And this is interesting, according to local authorities, this crash marked the 51st time a light rail train had been hit this year in Phoenix/Tempe/Mesa and all 51 crashes were caused by inattentive drivers. No METRO light rail drivers have been cited and as of 12/05 the driver of this van had not yet officially been cited. Hmmm?
